Aflac is the title sponsor for the 81st Southeastern Amateur. AFLAC is based here in Columbus, GA. and is one of the most well known Insurance providers in the world with their "AFLAC!" duck and recent sponsorships in NASCAR and Golf. Ryuji Imada has been wearing the AFLAC logo for quite some time actually and was the winner of the 1997 Southeastern Amateur. What a coincidence!!

Synovus Financial is the gold sponsor for the Southeastern Amateur. The Southeastern Amateur committee is so very thankful to have such a caring company which has been consistently ranked in the top 100 places to work in America as a sponsor. Synovus' commitment to amateur golf and the Southeastern Amateur has been a tremendous asset and the committee would like to thank them for our ongoing partnership. Our many thanks go out to this wonderful company!

Each year the Country Club of Columbus Hosts the event. Providing meals for the Amateurs, a place to gather and talk, and of course the Golf Course. It is as much a tradition for our members to host the event as it is a pleasure. The legacy of Mr. Fred Haskins continues on each year as the tournament is played and the CCC is the heart of the tradition.
