Each year, a guest speaker addresses the contestants in our Wednesday night dinner. An experience that past contestants have referred to as "once in a lifetime" and "above and beyond what other tournaments do."
Join the likes of such players as Doug Sanders, Tommy Aaron, Danny Edwards, Curtis Strange, Columbus native Kenny Knox, and 5 time champion Allen Doyle. Included one the runner-up list are Mason Randolph, Gardner Dickinson, Bert Greene, Steve Melnyk, Gary Koch, Ben Crenshaw, Fuzzy Zoeller, Andy Bean, Willy Wood, and Paul Azinger.
Play... The Southeastern Amateur
The Southeastern Amateur is contested each year coinciding with the U.S. Open and Father's Day Weekend. Each year the top amateur golfers from around the country including the nations top collegiate golfers battle the Donald Ross course that more often than not, leaves the golfer scratching their head as they add up the strokes.
The Southeastern also hosts an "Am-Am" competition each year on Thursday. For details and to apply to play in this event where you will be paired with 2 of the top Amateurs from around the world who are competing in the Southeastern, you can visit the Am-Am section of this website.
