The Southeastern Amateur Course (Columbus Country Club)

Hole 14
Slightly uphill medium length Par 3, 186 Yards

On the card, the fourteenth hole can appear fairly benign. A stock yardage to a fairly flat green. In reality, the 14th tests the golfer with a subtle uphill, heavily guarded green that is often very hard to judge the wind on. The last third of the shot will be completely exposed to any wind so check the tops of the trees that surround the tee box - and give the player a sense that there is less wind.

The green has a strong grain from right to left from the tee.  A shot landing just over the bunker on the right will tend to funnel toward the middle, however the right side has a run off area as well which makes for a very slippery chip.
