Quite possibly the the most profound aspect of the Tournament is that The Southeastern Amateur loves to give back.
Such is the legacy of the Southeastern Amateur.
Each year the Southeastern Amateur looks forward to making a donation to the First Tee whos focus is to impact the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and
educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing
values through the game of golf.
For the first time in 2008, we are accepting donations directly for the sole purpose of this annual support of the First Tee. If you are interested, please send your donation to us directly at:

Your donation will be added to our annual contribution and presented to the First Tee in late summer of 2008.
Each year, the Country Club of Columbus sponsors a truly great experience for our volunteer Standard Bearers who come from the First Tee by giving the kids the opportunity to play the course that the Southeastern is contested upon.
